Hej.
Är ny här.

Har dock problem att betala
Får bara detta meddelandet: ”This recipient is currently unable to receive money”Någon som har lyckats handla från den sidan?
Jag har inte lyckats kontakta ansvarig på den sidan så jag provar här.
Har inte handlat där, men googlar man frasen + paypal kommer ett par svar:

Email the seller and explain the issue and tell them the email address where the payment is going to. Ask them when they hope to have it resolved. Don’t offer to pay any other email address because you may lose the higher level of buyer protection offered on Ebay items – and you don’t know why Paypal limited their account (there may have been a good reason). If the seller doesn’t think they can resolve the issues with their account within a few days offer to do a ”mutually agree to cancel”.
