    Måånga som frågar hur jag egentligen äter offseason…

    Offseason I try to eat ”clean”…
    Something like this:

    MEAL 1: 06.00- 06.30
    40g protein (Protein booster whey + kassein) 1 banana

    MEAL2: 07.30
    40g protein (Protein booster whey + kassein)
    Fiberoat+ raisin or banana, 1dl lowlactosemilk
    2 Swedish knäckebröd+ Omega3 butter
    Vitamines, glukosamine, L-glutamine, Omega3
    RAGE, L-glutamine

    TRAINING 08.30-09.30

    MEAL 4:09.30 70g protein (Protein booster whey + kassein)
    50G Fiberoat eller malto, L-Glutamine

    MEAL 5: 10.00
    peanuts 30-50g

    MEAL 6: 12.00-13.00
    1/2 bottle tuna+,
    veggies & Rise

    MEAL 5: 14.00
    50g protein (Protein booster whey + kassein)
    1 banana Omega3

    MEAL 6: 16.00
    2 Chickenfile`s, 50g peanuts, veggies

    MEAL 7: 19.00 1Anything my babe Marie gives me…
    Omega3

    MEAL 8: 20.00 50g protein (Protein booster whey + kassein)
    Fiberoat

    MEAL 9: 22.00
    40g protein (Protein booster whey + kassein) L-glutamin
    L-glutamine

    On saturday I EAT!
    McDonalds, pizza, kebab, nuts, darkchokolade etc…
    NEVER fries, chips, gele´candys.

    Sudays I eat as on the weekends but with one cheat meal.

    Dont know man…keepin my sideburns thats for sure…men sitter med hyveln i handen just nu…hmmm….
