2 Swedish knäckebröd+ Omega3 butter
Vitamines, glukosamine, L-glutamine, Omega3
RAGE, L-glutamineTRAINING 08.30-09.30
MEAL 4:09.30 70g protein (Protein booster whey + kassein)
50G Fiberoat eller malto, L-GlutamineMEAL 5: 10.00
peanuts 30-50gMEAL 6: 12.00-13.00
1/2 bottle tuna+,
veggies & RiseMEAL 5: 14.00
50g protein (Protein booster whey + kassein)
1 banana Omega3MEAL 6: 16.00
2 Chickenfile`s, 50g peanuts, veggiesMEAL 7: 19.00 1Anything my babe Marie gives me…
Omega3MEAL 8: 20.00 50g protein (Protein booster whey + kassein)
FiberoatMEAL 9: 22.00
40g protein (Protein booster whey + kassein) L-glutamin
L-glutamineOn saturday I EAT!
McDonalds, pizza, kebab, nuts, darkchokolade etc…
NEVER fries, chips, gele´candys.Sudays I eat as on the weekends but with one cheat meal.
