both the gyms Ive used to train at for free the last years!
Both places treated me really good and for a second time theres
nothing personal but purely business for the change!
The guys at PUSH simply gave me an offer I just couldnt refuse
+ they will sell Fairing thru me +
their gym is fully equiped and loaded with brand new top notch shit!
So lets make it official that the Capone family are now ready to
together make some seriouse gains & come in some seriouse shape

Lustigt att dom alltid ska skriva lite små fel trotts att man först fått rätta texten! Står att jag går i kyrkan! Well…låter ju bra men var ju minst sagt ett tag sen var fick dom det ifrån likssom? Lol! Sen var jag ju knappast ensam med att göra handplants back in the day heller..well well…inte en helt dissad intervju om någon som tränar i alla fall!

Well it`s the cops here in Swedens latest game where ”too muscular” people
are being arrested, interrogated, tested for steroids and otherwise harassed!
Guess its the goverments latest game for protecting ourselfs from ourselfs or something?
This is occurring both in the gym and in the streets…Well I do got some news for these guys….
Just because someone is big and muscular it does not mean that they necessarily are on steroids!
Improving your body with weight training is just one of many forms of self improvement!
And NO you cant look at a guy and tell hes on steroids!
I do know some freaky dudes who people asume are heavy roid users who never ever used shit!
And I may go out on a limb here but NO…not even ”roid users” are automaticly into criminal actions
and NO they are not some sort of ”chemical asisted evil human pitbulls” either!
Ofcourse Ive met some heavily juiced up individuals in the iron game during my
+25 years in the iron game but its like my girlfriend whos new into this ”world” said:

…where do the hype come from that big guys are bullys?
And I couldnt agree more!
Just because a guy is huge it doesnt mean hes a bad person…on roids or not!!
How about closing down fast food restaurants and banning
junk food and soft drinks instead and start to harass fat people
whos actually…according to proven facts and studys actually are
harming their bodies even more than ”roid users”?
Maybe they could start at McDonalds as well as the gyms?I can understand that the society think they need to do something about the people
who do sell steroids for a living and making a ton of tax free money!
Ofcourse! Hell thats organized crime!
But thats not what Im talking about here!
Cuz I do have a huge problem with a society whos harrasing their people bacause the
way they look and because they are built a certain way!
On steroids or NOT! Thats not the point! The point is the way its done…
…I mean…didnt we see this way of acting with things that scared us in history already?
To me this is the same as a wich hunt or the same thing that first happened in nazi germany!
Harrasing people because they are physiqually ”different”…
I just hope the madness stop and that people do wise up…if not…
…this is the beginning of a society turning on their own…LOVE!

dark shades with that bleached out hair of a doll….
I was sittin`in my Magnum…frozen…stunned…
I just smiled & a sudden heat spread all over my body…
I was lost…
An angel had droped from heaven into my arms when you sat down
beside me & gave me that very first hug…
…and I knew right away that I just had to make you mine!Since that day were been together & even though we in the beginning
was strugglin` we grew tighter & tighter with time…
Today it feels like were a unit that nothing could ever separate…
And though the world around us sometimes been on fire
it`s always been you & me…we against the world!

ZONEThe neighbour to the house/land were buying is breeding Highland cattle & I have a vision of getting me a few & get into the business of producing Zone Capone meat! Would be a real cool to sell in the ZONE SHOP as a compliment to protein powders aight?!
