So I guess I have to please yall!Well sorry for slow updates on the website for a while…
I`ve been crazy busy with a lot of things…
I`m also went thru some changes to my lifestyle as my Doctor actually forced me into thinking
SURVIVAL after burning my candles from both ends so to speak…
As I said before I guess that I kept my rally-stripes on just a little to long
but to me that was the only way I knew to live & that included my life as a bodybuilder too!!
I actually first thought that slowing down on everything that
the Dr ordered would make me small & well…normal!! And ofcourse I kinda`freaked first!
…
BUT the rally-stripes are off now & my life as a whole including my training has taken
on some major changes with the thought of HEALTH as the number one priority!
Well to make a long story short my body is recuperating just fine as we speak &
my doctor tells me that I should be happy…
And hey look at the pics taken this Sunday…I`m still a super hero aight?!!

Im in my mid 40`s now but I`m totally at peace with growing older
as long as I can do it in style & being healthy & cool looking!
