I have had chest pain (like you get when you run too hard without having warmed up first) for the last 3 days. It comes and goes. I suspect it has something to do with my swimming and possibly breathing technique (or lack thereof). I have only been swimming for a few months, after being totally inactive for about 3 years due to illness. In the past couple of weeks I may have pushed myself beyond the limits of my current lung capacity and/or I use the wrong breating technique (i.e. holding my breath too much). Anyone?
