God Morgon!
So I've come to realize that life is now seriously MEANINGLESS without my Strawberry with blueberry Protein Pancakes.
The first time I made them the taste was PHENOMENAL, AMAZINGLY, DELICIOUS! Need I say more? Now that I prepare them though, I don't know what they even taste like anymore because I literally swallow them whole! Haha! They're just soooo gooood! It's hard to chew and breathe at the same time. Its like I just want to scarf them down immediately! You guys must try them! That's an order! Bahahahahaha!
However, they're a great source of energy and power for me on leg day. This meal is packed just with the right amount of carbs and the best whey protein I need on such TREACHEROUS day!
Ingredients:
1 Scoop of Nanox Neutraceutical Strawberry Whey
2 dl of Havre Gryn Oats
2 egg whites
1 1/2dl – 2dl of fat free milk (Your call. Just calculate enough to make a smooth, creamy pancake batter mix)
(Optional) 1/2 dl – 1dl blueberries (good for 3-4 small pancakes)
– Mix it all up and pour some batter on a hot, olive oiled skillet. Sprinkle as many blueberries as you want as the first top of your pancake is cooking on the skillet and cook for about 2 mins. Flip over and repeat for another 2 mins or until golden brown and enjoy life's healthy deliciousness! Så, varsågoda mina vänner!
