A typical lunch of mine…

I absolutely love lunch time! I love eating lots of greens and fresh foods at this time of the day… Here I have red and green leaf salad mix, haricots verts, and boiled egg whites. I eat lots of vegetables to get as much nutrients and energy I can from them. And since I'm training afterwards, its very much needed. I also love to drink fresh, cold, natural green tea (for extra fat burning during the day) Also, don't forget that its important to take Omega 3's! The body lacks the ability to self-produce fatty acids on its own. Vegetables don't provide the same effect as Omega 3 pills do… So grab yourself a bottle ;D
