Stretching out my ENTIRE body this whole week, has been the highly most important thing on my mind everyday since Monday morning. I had a brutal "leg training" with the coaches. I'd never done such thing. It left my body aching and in so much pain. You may perhaps think I'm whining but you know what guys? It was my very first time experiencing this. I pulled through. I made it. I didn't quit! And that's what counts here. NO MATTER WHAT IT IS, if it'll bring you great results, DON'T QUIT! Be faithful and loyal to your body!
i all fall (like they say in Swedish) Stretching has felt GREAT all this week. I'm simply stretching so I can stretch… Haha! I personally think stretching before and after training is the BEST! The muscles are pressed down hard from the workouts. They no longer have their full anatomic length and it will take a long time before they stretched themselves out again. The blood is prevented from flowing through the muscles properly and the blood's oxygen and anabolic substances / hormones need to heal and build muscle. So remember, STRETCH!!!
