It’s time!

Time for the day I crave for! Training! And it is time to train the chest! I love Cable Crossovers! I don't FOCUS on getting BIG. I do chest workouts to FOCUS more on TONING.

Its great because you get CONSTANT tension on the muscle. And since its an ISOLATION exercise I'm keeping my reps higher… I do 3 sets, 15 reps & sometimes up to 18 reps/light weight.

So, what are you waiting for! Llets go do chest!
