Lunch time! Protein, fats and fruit! Gosh how I missed fruit in my competition diet! I'm taking a week off of muscle training. I already had my breakfast carbs (oats/Havegryn in Swedish ) So all day just protein, healthy fats, low carbs (side of veggies or lots of salad greens with all my meals or none at all) I'm giving my body the nutrients it NEEDS since it went through a rigorous diet. Then I will have a great treat meal. Not about to gain double of what I had to lose! No way! It's all about timing and balance… Not throwing my hard work away
