Rules for success

It's an amazing journey I have been doing the last couple of months with lots of fun and meetings with inspirational people. Now I just want to share som advice for success in the gym and for well being in general :

Make sure to do what you enjoy doing every day (or otherwise ensure that you learn to like it).

Be disciplined and dedicated to everything you do – no matter what. The secret to success lies in maintaining good everyday routines.

Feel enthusiastic and stay motivated day after day – even the crappy days .

Never think that you are better than others, but rather that you can learn something from everyone.

Have good role models to look up to and learn from.

Always continue to challenge yourself .

Be curious and continue to seek new knowledge. Knowledgeable people have more opportunities to control their own lives, those without skills often find themselves in the position where others choose for them.

Never feel sorry for yourself, but instead use adversity to your advantage.

Realize that genuine, long-term happiness is often more about having the ability to refrain from what you want right now in favor of what you ultimately wants .

Make sure that you have the full support from your closest ones (in my case my husband Chris who at the END no matter WHAT is an invaluable support&comfort to me).
