Protein pancakes are one hot thing going on in the fitness meals world. Many supplement companies are coming out with an actual pancake mix that makes pancakes with just a scoop of powder and water. However, I personally like to make my own from scratch, for I know every single thing that's going in the mix. But not all protein tastes the same when making pancakes. They all have a diff texture and taste. So that's why I prefer #ultimatenutritionwhey!

1 egg white

Makes 2-3 small delicious healthy pancake! At times I add peanut butter, #walderfarmssyrup berries or bananans and even Kvarg! Nom, nom, nom! Enjoy!
