I was managing drinking my muscle juice by itself but HELLO! Of course! Lets add it to my pancake mix! I follow Helene "Ice" Ohlson's many blogs and social media as many of you do (her determination is BEYOND INSANE!) and just seen yesterday that she blended U.N's Muscle Juice into her pancakes! She shared so I'll share too! #sharingiscaring!

Note these are her daily macros and calorie intake according to her body type (because she's like Wonder Woman and I'm like Barbie next to her! Haha!) Helene's level is Body Fitness: ripped and shredded like crazy! And my level is Bikini Fitness: which is more of a fit but tight, soft, subtle look. So for my body type I stick to lower calories/macros. This is my recipe:
1 scoop of Muscle Juice
2 egg whites
1-2 dl of milk
Choice of fruit to top it off or even Kvarg.
Be creative folks! Healthy food can be fun and AMAZINGLY delicious!!! On my CARB LOADING days I add bananas and some blueberries!!! Guess what day it is today 😀
*As usual blend together to form a pancake consistency and pour on to a hot pan and ENJOY!
These taste amazing! Once you start making your own pancakes out if scratch (And I don't mean just white whole flour) I'm taking about from oatmeal oats, from protein powder, you'll just never want to go back to the other fake crap! Give them a try! The taste is just so delicious!!!
