Perfect balanced power

Which one is the most important exercise in the gym…? Is it the squat? The shoulder press? The rowing machine? If you ask me, it's something much more simple: the belly back machine. I never miss out on this one. It's the most important exercise to get perfect balanced power. This exercise builds a strong core and strong lower back. And without this mid body strength there is no way one can perform heavy basic exercises like a squat or a simple dead lifts… So get to it my loves!
