Early morning workouts

It's pretty cool to get to the gym early in the mornings and see that it's already full of activity there. I almost feel a little proud of the people who train there, realizing all the sacrifices many of them made to drag themselves there so early to train before a long work day.

Anyways, I think early morning workouts is a superb start of the day. It kick-starts your body and charges you with energy for the the rest of the day. People who do not exercise often believe that it's the opposite – that we should be tired the rest of the day – but it's not. Working out gives energy to live and fullfill other goals in life.
