Think of your muscles in a similar way! Keeping yourself well-hydrated means greater blood volume and fluid to fill your veins and arteries and amplify the pump effect. You want that, right…?

I Make sure to drink at least 2-3 cups of water in the hours leading up to and during my workouts, and then continually hydrate myself throughout the day.

Visit 1 out of 2 @joesjeans! Had an arranged fitting room filled up great runway pieces to try on! Felt special! These are just a couple pieces… Visit 1 was dedicated more to some great butt jeans! Next week will be some great runway pieces for my upcoming Italy trip with my hubby for our 2 year anniversary! Can't wait!!!
