Work, work, work!
And I don't mean at the gym… Ever since the Olympics, I have been working much… The Swedish Fans sure have me busy these days. I'm actually starting to dream I'm at my job! Now that's a problem… That's life I guess. But honestly, I think I need a new job. Its not cool having a job that can risk your training and eating habits. #scary
Its been very difficult to train while my body is so drained, worned out and exhausted from long hour shifts for weeks. But I'm still there at the gym giving my best. I've been a bit "MIA" on my social networking because of that. But here I am =D
I try not to give up on my training. Its important that I train and eat healthy. I remind myself each day the benefits a healthy fit life can give. I push myself. I grab myself from my hair and lift myself up. I just don't give up. Yea its hard. But not impossible.
So put on your sneakers and go train!

My GYM!
Now I'll always be an OG from Ironsport Club ! Love to say this is the best gym I've ever been to! No gym compares so far to all the ones I've worked out in. The mavhines are smoother than butter! Even when I'm visiting back home in Cali, do I miss my gym. This gym (Ironsport) is the one that transformed my body. The gym where my body was made!

These little rice cakes with a lil bit of Swedish jam are my treat right after the gym. It's as if I'm a donkey with a steak in front of me! Lol! I just want to workout and get to my rice cakes!!! What do you have for after training fast carbs?
Its lunch time!
When its time to EAT, Adriana is very happy! I LOOOOVE food!!! I love experimenting with all my healthy choices and play around with food. Today's lunch is not so difficult. Its just broccoli asparagus and chicken. Basic, but healthy! I thinly cut the chicken so when I grill it requires less olive oil and less time on the griller… Meals are now prepared for the day!

Delta Gym!
Been a bit busy lately with work and now that the Olympics are over and Sportlov semester came, we decided to pay Delta Gym a visit!
Really awesome gym! I absolutely recommend it to anyone that visits Stockholm!
Then we went to "Oljebaren." They made burgers from fine, special cows and freshly homemade bread. But of course since I'm a high protein "diet girl" (LOL!) my husband "The Carb Loader" ate my other hamburger bun and got salad instead of fries! LUCKY! All in all it was a great day!!!
Don't forget that no matter how busy you are, you take time to be with your family and give your body tender, love, and care! Well its more like rough, pain and then care! Hahahaha! So get up and work out biatch!!!
