Can't believe I made it to the gym! Yea well nothing new too most because I'm literally here ALL the time…. But I'm surprised with myself. Got 3.5 hr of sleep last night…
However, after coffee and oats for breakfast & a couple of meals and more coffee in my system, I'm feeling pretty alert.
Look where I was at? It was another night at the bar with ma drink in ma cup! And it's all about the strong stuff here at my club too! 100% ULTIMATE NUTRITION HORSEPOWER X! Thanks to this amazing pre workout drink, I was able to complete my workout! Its a great training drug! lol! its like the crack in fitness! hahahaha! My back just got gym wasted/high/overdosed! Lol!
I knew that if I trained today, I'd train late evening. I also knew that the cold booger freezing weather wouldn't change so I'd have to wait outside on a cold 40 degree weather rainy day for the bus (screw the bike!!!) And probably risk getting sick (got warmed up real good!!!) So glad I have more BETTERBODIES WINTER CLOTHES COMING TO MY CLOSET! Anyways, did my negative lingos in my mind stop me? No. Honestly, it's not easy. Not even close to meaning that. Its just when you have a desire to reach a goal, nothing really gets in the way.
Not giving up and not letting anything get in the way of my goal! Train hard or go home! Wait don't go home! Lol! Get your butt back in here and work your butt off! NO EXCUSES MAN!!!

My husband and I read the article on Sandra Solaric in the BODY Mag and what I loved and shocked me about this fitness babe was how it was only her & herself and NO coach throughout her 1st time bikini fitness journey! She can take ALL the credit for what she presented to us on stage! That's just amazing! What a drive, determination, braveness and courageous act of her! The distance between her DREAMS and REALITIES was her ACTIONS! And she's just getting started! Whoooot, whooot to her!!!!

Excited I was when I met her! (Inner star struck feelings =D I had to shake her hand for that one!)
