Training by the Adriatic Sea
Of course training was a must while exploring Croatia… It was a pretty awesome feeling that after every set or rep I made, I could just simply look up and see the ocean view. It was like working out in the gym of paradise! Did an all over body training the last day I trained.
Another thing I noticed at this gym was that everyone was stuck in the 1980's! The Croatian young gals would be training and stretching like they were Jane Fonda in the 1980's and the Croatian guys doing Spartucs workout methods. Pretty cool actually. Did I mention the choice of music? Yea. Also 1980's… Seems like they simply trained for tonification of the muscles. No big meaty guys here. If anything, Chris was considered the Hulk there, well compared to the other guys! LOL!

Today we take a visit to the Island of Lopud…
The beautiful island of Lopud is situated northwest of the city Dubrovnik and is a part of the Elafiti islands. We took a boat and sailed for an hour just to get to this beautiful Island. My 2nd favorite island! Only 220 inhabitants! Enjoy!
Amazing week in Croatia!
We recently got back from an amazing 1 week trip to Dubrovnik, Croatia! My 1yr anniversary gift from my hubby <3 I can't say it was the best anniversary gift, since its our 1st yr only, but I can say we had an amazing time there! These were the shots the amazing photographer of my husband got! These 1st couple of pics were in the cities of Cavtat, Dubrovnik, the Islands of Lokrum and Lopud… Enjoy! More pics coming daily =P

A typical lunch of mine…
I absolutely love lunch time! I love eating lots of greens and fresh foods at this time of the day… Here I have red and green leaf salad mix, haricots verts, and boiled egg whites. I eat lots of vegetables to get as much nutrients and energy I can from them. And since I'm training afterwards, its very much needed. I also love to drink fresh, cold, natural green tea (for extra fat burning during the day) Also, don't forget that its important to take Omega 3's! The body lacks the ability to self-produce fatty acids on its own. Vegetables don't provide the same effect as Omega 3 pills do… So grab yourself a bottle ;D

True Passion
What we all do is possible for anyone else to copy… Except one thing. Your TRUE PASSION for something. To just go through life without a strong feeling, a genuine interest for something or someone, must feel quite empty in the long run. What is life worth if you don't fight for something, believe in something, or even devote yourself to something? Then the days simply just go by.
I have also noticed that when you're really passionate about something, you will automatically become more energetic and focused in your everyday life. I think it's very important for everyone to find their true passion, whatever it may be…

So I've come to realize that life is now seriously MEANINGLESS without my Strawberry with blueberry Protein Pancakes.
The first time I made them the taste was PHENOMENAL, AMAZINGLY, DELICIOUS! Need I say more? Now that I prepare them though, I don't know what they even taste like anymore because I literally swallow them whole! Haha! They're just soooo gooood! It's hard to chew and breathe at the same time. Its like I just want to scarf them down immediately! You guys must try them! That's an order! Bahahahahaha!
However, they're a great source of energy and power for me on leg day. This meal is packed just with the right amount of carbs and the best whey protein I need on such TREACHEROUS day!
Ingredients:
1 Scoop of Nanox Neutraceutical Strawberry Whey
2 dl of Havre Gryn Oats
2 egg whites
1 1/2dl – 2dl of fat free milk (Your call. Just calculate enough to make a smooth, creamy pancake batter mix)
(Optional) 1/2 dl – 1dl blueberries (good for 3-4 small pancakes)
– Mix it all up and pour some batter on a hot, olive oiled skillet. Sprinkle as many blueberries as you want as the first top of your pancake is cooking on the skillet and cook for about 2 mins. Flip over and repeat for another 2 mins or until golden brown and enjoy life's healthy deliciousness! Så, varsågoda mina vänner!

Trip to Dalarna!
On my rest day we decided to pay a visit to my husbands parents in Dalarna. The weather couldn't have been better! We had a great grill for lunch! We packed our selfs with loads of protein and nutrient densed veggies! Later, we went to what I like to call the "Hultgren Farm" to pick strawberries, smultron, and salad from my in laws organic garden…
