SUMMER! Don’t go away!
This past weekend, my hubby and I decided to train outdoors for two reasons:
1. I had the boogies and didn't want me to contaminate anyone around me at a indoor gym. I had a very minor cold so I was still able to train, only at 25% less effective.
2. The SUMMER weather was just awesome!
Reason # 2 is why I don't want SUMMER to go away. Its so nice to breathe fresh air as you feel the sun is warming up your skin. It feels very reviving and refreshing… Give it itry!
Everyday my husband see's the sun here in Sweden, he always says "It's the last day of Summer, LET'S GO OUT & ENJOY IT!" But then the sun keeps on coming anyway! LOL!

Keeping it light but effective! 45 min PW this early morning and just now just finished a light 6 exercises of abs session! Did some Russian twists and mountain climbers… Feeling pretty good! Now time for laundry!

My entire life, as much as I can recall, I've never really been a fan of cabbage (vitkål for my Swedish peeps.) But ever since stepping into the fitness world, I've made and tasted so much food items I actually hated but now I truly love! For example, I hated sweet potatoes, mushrooms and cabbage. Now its like they are apart of my life!
Earlier today for lunch and lately this week, have been making what I like to call "Chicken Stir Fry." Its a blend of shredded veggies you can say, and your choice of meat. I love chicken so I eat this meal with a lot of chicken. Recently I tried it with cod file (torsk file) but wasn't so interested in it (maybe if I was in a SUPER DUPER low calorie for an accomplished goal, I'd considered it) But chicken and mince meat are the absolute best choices. And the day continues… Packed the rest of the days meals, got my vitamins and HORSE POWER. I self imposed a diet regimen (my strict low calorie diet) for a goal I liked to accomplish and well… Its important for me to take ALL my vitamins and necessary supplements to aid me some PUMP, POWER and just SURVIVAL at the gym.

Being on a low calorie diet and lifting heavier is death and heaven in itself. Death because of the low calorie and lifting obviously, but heaven because it leads to a specific accomplished GOAL: SEXY FIT BODY! But what can be more worse is waking up to NO food: my SPECIFIC food! Do you even realize what happens when I don't eat my oats in the morning! Oats the gasoline to my car, water in a hot desert, peanut butter to my jelly!!! My level of anger right now: WORLDWARIII! #nohavegryn #noporridge #nooats Does anyone else relate to me???

Its been a FULL day of things to take care of. But I managed even though I'm feeling super weak! Lower calories + heavier lifting + the right gym gear & great supps = great results!!! No joke, I'm feeling weaker by the day. But when I'm geared up with all the best gear and supplements, I go STRONG!
