"My name is Erik Eriksson and this is my journey from heavily overweight to muscular. The journey started in 2008 and it's been a long and rough road – both physically as well as mentally. It's included strict dieting, countless of hours at the gym as well as the removal of almost 1.5 kilos (3,3 lbs) of excess skin. My goal is to accomplish something extraordinary with the body that I've been given. Through this process I hope to serve as an inspiration for others who are trying to achieve their goals, no matter what area of life they're aiming for.
Going through this life-changing event has taken a lot of effort and it wouldn't have been possible without the awesome support from family, friends as well as the people who have believed in me. I would definitely like to thank each and everyone of you for your kind words, and for sticking with me on my journey! I would also like to extend a special thank you to the ever so kind Binais Begović for taking interest in me and wanting to spread my story. You, and all of those who are supporting me, are indeed an awesome bunch of people!
If you want to follow me on my current journey, feel free to visit my website at www.bringingawesomeback.com or my Facebook page (facebook.com/bringingawesomeback). Here, you can read all about my training, dieting as well as other things surrounding my life.
Finally, I'd like to wish you all an awesome 2013!"
