Standing Pullover in cable (with bar):
– 3 x 15reps
– 1 x 10reps

Standing high wide row:
– 1 x 15reps
– 1 x 12reps
– 1 x 8reps

Wide pulldown in superset with Rear Delt:
– 1 x 15reps/ 1 x 15reps
– 1 x 10reps/ 1 x 8reps
– 1 x 9reps/ 1 x 10reps
