10 days since we landed in Sweden again after an amazing trainingcamp at …destination in Dallas. The new ”place to be” for all people who love to be a part of a fitness lifestyle, a ”family”, where all is welcome.:)
I won’t take your time by talking to much this time, I will only show you some of all memorable moments from this week. Like you say: one picture says more than thousands of words.

I want to thank ALL people who has been a part of this trip: Michael Johansson who trusted in us and let us arrange it and who welcomed us to your own home with opened arms, all the …destination crew and my team at Swedish Fitness Office and SF Group (especially Josefin and Hanne who was ”my partners in crime” taking care of all the travelers and last but not less: all of you guys who took the chance to go with us to Dallas!:)

At Mr Boss (one of the guys behind this company and …destination) himselfs range. It’s always opened arms in Dallas so of course we started this trip with a dinner at his place. Thanks Michael and family for your hospitality.
A LOT of crazy training every day: outside, inside, HIIT, gym, cardio, posing, bootcamp…
A lot of fun activities, some very typical Texas like gun shooting. We also tried wakeboarding, haha…no more words about that! But it was fun though.;)
I was both filming and shooting for Better Bodies which you’ll see more from in the near future. Here’s some pics from two of the training videos we made with two AMAZING persons/athletes (both inside and as athletes): Brittany LaNae and Ian Gains.
Me and Ian had two hard bootcamp sessions outdoor for this group, se pics below. They were really fighting to the end and blood, sweat, tears, throwing up and a lot of LOVE is just a few words about these moments.
So of course they also deserved some chill and recovery around the pool.:)
Our Better Bodies and GASP Pro’s was a popular part of this camp with theirs knowledge, training and seminars.
A huge thanks to Adela, Tawna, Guy, Branch, Johnnie and Matt for your time.
No USA without Cheesecake Factory, right?;)
We ended up this A.M.A.Z.I.N.G trip with a dinner at Texas the Brazil (maybe one of the best restaurants in town) and some great words from Michael.
I think our travelers on this trip summed it up pretty well. 🙂
